Booking procedure

The booking confirmation must be made by e-mail or by WhatsApp, as indicated on the contact page.
After the written confirmation must follow the deposit as a deposit by bank transfer. The reservation is accepted upon payment of the deposit equal to approximately 30% of the total amount for weekly stays, for stays of less than a week equal to half of the total amount.
The balance must be paid upon delivery of the studio in cash, debit card or credit card. The amount of the stay is due in full based on the reservation made, even in the event of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be given for the unused period.

Cancellation of the Reservation

For cancellations up to 30 days before the expected arrival, the deposit will be returned in full. For cancellations after 30 days before the expected arrival, the entire deposit will be retained. Notification or non-arrival from 7 days before the date of arrival will result in the payment of the full amount of the stay.

Attendance registration

The access of guests to the housing units is allowed only after registration. The studios can only be delivered to adults, children and minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents. When a minor travels with another adult, a written authorization from the parents is required together with a copy of an identity document to be shown at the reception during check-in.

Behavior of Guests

Guests are required to behave in accordance with civil coexistence. In particular, during the hours of rest, attention is required to avoid annoying noises of any kind and everyone can enjoy relaxation and tranquility. By choosing a farm you are choosing a farm while still in the countryside, children must be kept under control by their parents.

Responsibility of the Customer

Guests are required to use the premises, furnishings and accessories correctly, any damage and / or shortages will be charged. Animals are not accepted. The studios are delivered between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
